Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Due to the nature of our supply chain and fulfillment process, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or color selection

• Personal preference

• Delayed delivery within estimated timeframes

Exceptions – Replacement Only

We will review cases where:

• The product arrives damaged

• The customer receives the wrong item

• The item is significantly different from what was advertised

In these cases, we may offer a replacement only after proof is provided (photos or video within 7 days of delivery).

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide compensation for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper use of the product

• Minor color or design differences from supplier images

• Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
